- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 3 Tbsp honey mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Marinate pork
Add the honey mustard, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper to a large resealable plastic bag. Seal, then shake or massage until marinade ingredients are combined.
Add pork chops, then seal the bag again. Place bag on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8-12 hours.
- Thinner pork chops will need less cooking time, a good starting point is 3-4 minutes per side.
- Bone-in chops will need more time - an internal meat thermometer is super helpful to determine when the pork is finished cooking.
- Instead of grilling, you can cook these pork chops in a grill pan or regular skillet on the stovetop. Cook over MED heat for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
