Ingredients

skinless salmon filets,
about 1 inch thick

Tbsp
whole-grain dijon mustard

apple cider vinegar
1
Tbsp
honey
1/2
tsp
chili powder
1/4
tsp
kosher salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Adjust oven rack to be 6 inches from the broiler. Preheat broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil. Pat salmon filets dry with a paper towel.
Combine mustard, vinegar, honey, chili powder, salt, pepper and cayenne in a small bowl. Brush over tops of salmon filets.
Broil 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets.
Notes
My filets were on the thinner side, so they only took 8 minutes.
