Eggnog Dip

Ingredients

  • 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 8 oz container frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Instructions

Mix

  • Add the instant pudding mix, eggnog, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a large mixing bowl.
  • Use a hand mixer, or a whisk, and beat on low until combined and smooth.

Fold

  • Add thawed whipped topping and use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon to gently fold it into the eggnog mixture, using an up and over motion, until combined.

Serve

  • Transfer dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon/nutmeg if you'd like, and serve with your favorite cookies for dipping.

Notes

  1. This recipe makes approximately 2 cups of dip, which I've estimated will serve 8 (with each person getting about 1/4 cup of dip). But of course you're free to divide the dip up into as many servings as you'd like.
