When the dog-days of summer hit, and the mere thought of even turning on your oven send you running for the hills… thatโs where no-bake desserts reign supreme!!ย With a little help from the store, you can have these white chocolate and lemon tartlets ready in no time!
My family is a huge fan of anything and everything cheesecake flavored (like these funfetti cheesecake stuffed crescent rolls), so I knew these would be a big hit.ย Cool, creamy white chocolate cheesecake filling, kissed with fresh lemon flavor, fill up the tartlet shells perfectly.
If you wanted to, by all means, go ahead and make your own tartlet shells.ย Usually, Iโm a big proponent of making things from scratchโฆ but summer fun means thereโs always some last minute events.ย You donโt want to show up empty handed, so thatโs where things can get frustrating.
I found these amazing pre-made shortbread tartlet shells at my local grocery store, and immediately knew I had to buy them.ย They taste delicious, and make easy desserts even easier!
Just beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy, then beat in the melted white chocolate and sour cream.ย Fold in cool whip and lemon zest.ย Ta-da!ย Depending on how you want to fill your tarts, you can just spoon the filling, or refrigerate until firm enough to pipe it using a pastry bag.
Then you can top your tartsย with just about anything youโd like!ย I chose some lemon zest, fresh raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint.ย Then I lightly dusted them with powdered sugar for presentation.ย Easy peasy!

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate melted and slightly cooled
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 5 Tbsp cool whip thawed
- 2 tsp ยฝ lemon zest
- Pre-made tartlet shells
- Fresh berries for garnish
- Fresh mint for garnish
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add melted white chocolate and sour cream and beat until combined.
- Gently fold in cool whip and lemon zest.
- Spoon into tartlet shells and top with fresh berries, lemon zest, mint, and dust with powdered sugar.

Hi Leah ๐ It all depends on what size tarts you’re filling, and how full you fill them… but it makes about 2 cups of filling. I was able to fill about 25 of the tart shells I was using.
