Perfect for Valentineโs Day, this love potion vodka cocktail is beautiful, easy to make, and fun to drink! Great for a party or casual night in!
This fun Valentineโs Day vodka cocktail is made with three simple ingredientsโฆ vodka, peach schnapps, and grapefruit juice.
You may have some trouble getting some guys (and girls) to drink this fruity pink drink, but if you can manage to get them to take one sipโฆ thatโs all it will take! Itโll be love at first drink ๐
I love how simple this vodka cocktail is to makeโฆ just 3 ingredients! Shockingly, one of them isโฆ wait for itโฆ vodka. Lol, then add some peach schnapps and red grapefruit juice!
Not a grapefruit juice fan? No worries, you can substitute your favorite red/pink fruit juiceโฆ just make sure it goes well with peach flavor. Personally I find cherry juice or a juice that has raspberry in it are the best pairings.
This cocktail is obviously perfect for Valentineโs Day, with the fun pinkish colorโฆ but really it could be for all sorts of occasions! Motherโs Day, girls night, or any fun Spring/Summer gathering!
Garnishes for this drink are optional, but fun! I went with a strawberry and maraschino cherries, with a fun pink and white sugar rim.
For a fun twist, add a pinch of edible luster dust! It adds a beautiful sheen to the drink.
HELPFUL TOOLS:
- Cocktail Shaker โ I have this set and itโs great!
- Edible luster dust โ for that fun shimmer and sheen!

Tara says
Hi I was wondering if thereโs a way to make this drink a Mocktail? Without alcohol
The Chunky Chef says
Since two out the three ingredients are alcohol, I would just add some peach juice to grapefruit juice, and maybe top it off with sparkling water.
Erika says
It was an amazing drink because it was delicious and refreshing. Everyone at the party loved it!
Kat says
I am using this as a signature drink at my wedding. What would you use to describe whatโs in the drink without just listing the ingredents?
The Chunky Chef says
I love that you want to use this recipe at your wedding! Iโm sure you have, but I would definitely test the recipe out yourself first to make sure you love it. As for the description, I would say itโs a sweet and fruity drink, with a little touch of sour.
Kay says
Luved it.
ReNay says
Made this lovely drink twice since Valentineโs Day!
Katy says
Is the measurement per glass? How many does this serve?
Amanda says
The recipe makes a little over 1.5 cups; but how you choose to divide that for serving is up to you ๐
Dwan says
I used a jalapeรฑo vodka and made it spicy. Rimmed the glass with sugar and cayenne pepper. It was amazing!!!

Who would ever make a cocktail and measure it out in cups. This isnโt real never use it
The Chunky Chef says
Because the average home cook may prefer it that wayโฆ youโre obviously free to convert it to oz if you prefer. If youโre not going to use this recipe, then Iโm confused why youโre here.
Deez says
Maybe someone wanted to use the recipe, but found it awkward that it was in cups? Cocktails are almost always displayed in oz. because people that make cocktails use jiggers to measure, for the most part. Donโt worry, a lot of us wonโt return here thanks to this comment.
The Chunky Chef says
Obviously youโre free to not return, but what I wrote wasnโt rude, despite the rudeness/passive agressiveness of the original comment. If I write a recipe in cups, I get hate. If I write a recipe in oz, I get hate. If I write a recipe with both, I get hate because itโs โconfusingโ. Some people just arenโt happy with free recipes.

I actually loooved that it was in cups More convenient and able to divide It tased delicious It was my signature birthday drink Everyone enjoyed it!
Daniela says
This is delicious! We just enjoyed the drinks with dinner. Perfect for two. Easy to make. We served it over ice this time.
Kirstie says
I tried this after looking up a strawberry mule recipe & realized I needed a stove to make it so I searched for something easier. Its become my all the time cocktail. Itโs what I make whenever my husband and I relax on the weekend and have a drink. Something to note: its dangerous & will sneak up! Love it though. For someone that hates the taste of alcohol but love the idea of a drink, lifelong problem is finally solved!
