This raspberry peachย lemonade will have you dreaming of a warm summer breeze! Fresh, bright, and deliciously sweet, it’s the perfect summer drink!
Feelingย absolutely ready for summer? ย Just one sip of this raspberry peach lemonade and you’ll be instantly dreaming ofย those laid back summer days filled with sunshine, warm breezes and a perfect blue sky!
This raspberry peach lemonade is one of those drinks that can truly take you away to a balmy summer day.ย One sip and you’ll be blissfully laying out in the sunshine. ย Okay, so you won’t REALLY be out in the sun, but you’ll feel like it!
Just look at that perfect summery color! ย The secret is in the simplicity. ย No complicated ingredients here folks… just 5 easy ingredients is all you need! ย Don’t worry if you can’t find fresh peaches… frozen ones work just fine too (just thaw them first). ย In a pinch, you could even use a pre-made lemonade and you would cut your required ingredients down to 2, plus water!
I like to look at this recipe as a base, or a method, rather than a precise thing. ย For instance, you might find that you want more peach flavor, so feel free to add more peaches, or more sugar if you like a sweeter lemonade. ย You could also use the same method with different fruits to create your own amazing lemonade concoctions! ย Strawberry or watermelon lemonade anyone?
While this lemonade is certainly perfect for a mid-afternoon pick me up, it’s also perfect for a party!
So this summer, or any time really, give your taste buds a treat and whip up this easy peach raspberry lemonade! ย Fun to make, even more fun to drink!

Ingredients
RASPBERRY PEACH PUREE:
- 4 fresh peaches, pitted, then diced into large chunks
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 1/4 cups water
SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
LEMONADE:
- 7 cups cold water
- 1 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice (from approximately 4 lemons)
- ice cubes
- additional raspberries, for garnish optional
- additional peach slices, for garnish optional
- mint sprigs, for garnish optional
Instructions
- Add diced peaches, raspberries and water to a food processor or blender and process until pureed.
- Place a sieve over a large mixing bowl and pour peach raspberry puree into the sieve. Use the back of a large spoon to push the puree around so the liquid falls through the sieve and seeds/skin stay inside the sieve.
- Discard seeds/skin from the sieve and set mixing bowl with liquid in it aside.
- Add granulated sugar and 1/2 cup water to a small saucepan and heat over MED heat until sugar dissolves into the water, stirring occasionally. Boil about 3 minutes until liquid has become syrupy. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Add 7 cups water, lemon juice and ice cubes to a large pitcher. Stir to combine. Pour in cooled simple syrup and peach raspberry liquid. Stir to combine again.
- Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve chilled with garnishes, if desired

I never make the simple syrup….use packets of stevia to sweeten..no calories.. so maybe make a batch and then add stevia to sweeten to your taste..once you make it then you will know how much stevia you will need /batch..
saves lots of calories and tastes good and disolves easy..

Sounds delicious wonder if I could use coconut sugar?
The Chunky Chef says
I’ve never tried, but I would guess it would work just fine ๐

I’d like to make this for my wedding. If I use ready made lemonade do I need the simple syrup?
The Chunky Chef says
I’m so honored you want to make this for your wedding! Congratulations by the way ๐ I would check the pre-made lemonade to make sure it has sugar (maybe even taste some to see how sweet it is), but in all likelihood you probably won’t need the simple syrup. But that all depends on how sweet you like your lemonade drinks to be.

hello!
I’m doing a low carb/low sugar thing(keto) could I substitute splenda for sugar?
The Chunky Chef says
Hi Betsy ๐ Yes, I think you could substitute Splenda, although I’m not familiar with the conversion, so you’ll have to adjust it to your tastes ๐

Raspberry peach lemonade will be the best thing to do right now in this heat especially where I’m from (Bulgaria). The weather here is about 40-45 degrees. Thank you for sharing this amazing recipe with us.

Love this one too! Added this to the Foodie Friday Roundup if that’s ok. ๐

I made this today, and it is AMAZING! I actually used nectarines instead of peaches because they had nectarines at Costco that just smelled amazing. I saw this on Pinterest, and just had to make it! I got the rest of the ingredients at ALDI, and it came out awesome. Thank you so much for this recipe!!!

CAN you use honey instead?
The Chunky Chef says
Hi Jennifer ๐ I’m sure you could, but it will alter the taste some

Carole from Carole's Chatter says
Hi Amanda, this would be a great addition to the stone fruit theme over at Food on Friday (which is on right now). Each month there are 3 different themes plus a Potluck โ so you should always be able to share something. If you would like to join in the fun on a regular basis please schedule a reminder for the second Friday of each month (NZ time). Cheers from Carole’s Chatter
