This sweet and easy to make pineapple punch will be the hit of any party! ย Just 4 simple ingredients plus fresh fruit and pretty garnishes!
This summer, cool off with a glass of this beautiful and enticing pineapple punch! ย Sweet and refreshing… you’ll be having seconds before you know it!
When the weather heats up, there’s nothing that hits the spot better than a cold drink.ย Here’s where a cool drink like this pineapple punch comes in handy!
I found this recipe years and years ago, and wrote it down on a piece of paper. I was rummaging around the other day and found this punch recipe. ย I WISH I could remember where it’s from… probably from some website my Grandma sent me. ย She used to email me links to recipes ALL the time. ย So no, I don’t take credit for this recipe, just the photos ๐
One thing I love about this pineapple punch recipe, (other than how beautiful it is), is how much you can customize it to your tastes!
You can add virtually any fruit that you want to the glasses. ย I chose, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, orange slices, lime slices, and pineapple pieces. ย Basically, every fruit I could get my hands on at the grocery store!
Of course, if you wanted to make these an adult beverage, you could easily add some vodka or rum to really liven up the party!

Jolyn says
Wondering how many servings a single recipie makes. This looks delicious and am hoping to make it for a birthday party but not sure how to judge how much to make. Thanks!
The Chunky Chef says
Hi Jolyn ๐ It makes approximately 14 6oz servings. I hope you all love the drink!
Rose Marie says
If you canโt find frozen pineapple concentrate can regular pineapple juice be subbed in?ย
The Chunky Chef says
Iโve only tested this recipe as written. So without testing and retesting it myself, I can’t say for certain if that would work. If you try it, I’d love to know how it turns out!
Raechrl says
What would be a good substitute for Club Soda as I don’t like it?
The Chunky Chef says
Hi Raechrl ๐ I think ginger ale would be a good substitute ๐ Basically anything “sparkling” as you want that fizz!
Jessica says
Thanks for sharing! That looks so good. We’ll have to try this out. ๐
Christina says
Instead of ice cubes of any kind, I’d freeze the fresh fruit spread out on a cookie sheet to keep it separated and use that as your “ice” instead. Then your punch wouldn’t be watered down at all and as the frozen fruit thaws it softens allowing it to more readily absorb the flavors of the punch and make it even yummier!!
Kimberly @ The Daring Gourmet says

I am in the same boat of not being able to let the kids play outside by themselves yet so I am stuck in the heat! This would be so refreshing to have!
The Chunky Chef says
Is it bad that I’m counting down the time until they can roam the backyard while I can get things done inside? Lol ๐
Jennifer A Stewart says
I am so with you about the humidity! I am glad that we are in Arizona for a few weeks even though it is very hot! This punch will certainly keep me cool!
The Chunky Chef says
Ugh isn’t humidity the worst? When my husband and I vacationed in Colorado in the summer years ago, it was our first taste of “dry heat”… and it was glorious lol

Ha! When I was a child my favourite thing was going through cookbooks ๐ I hope I can find some of my old recipes. However, this drink is awesome! I actually plated around with a pineapple drink today, so I see great minds are thinking alike (hmm, now I sound full of myself! Lol)
The Chunky Chef says
Cookbooks are the best aren’t they? There’s just something about the feel of a real book ๐ Haha, not full of yourself at all… and I can’t wait to see your drink ๐
Meg @ With Salt and Wit says
